Role Overview
We're looking for a driven HR Intern to own the full 360° recruitment cycle for our growing remote team — not a shadow-and-observe role, but hands-on ownership from sourcing to onboarding. You'll work directly with experienced mentors while making real hiring decisions that shape our organization. Key Responsibilities
Write and publish job postings for live, global roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from around the world
Schedule and conduct interviews; help develop evaluation frameworks
Maintain accurate, confidential candidate and personnel records
Assist with HR policy documentation, compliance basics,
and employee benefits inquiries
Help manage HR databases and HRIS/productivity tools
Contribute to internal communications that foster a positive remote work culture

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Familiarity with HR policies, compliance basics, and personnel management principles
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask remotely
Clear written and verbal English communication; additional languages a plus
Comfortable with digital tools (spreadsheets, document management, HRIS systems)
Able to work professionally and respectfully across cultures and time zones
