VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines; Expérience en ressources humaines dans une entreprise internationale 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement pour des postes techniques et manufacturier; 3 ans d’expérience en mobilité internationale; Expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique et dans le domaine des composites un atout; Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) ; Maîtrise des logiciels : Word, PowerPoint, Excel (niveau intermédiaire) et Outlook; Expérience avec le SIRH de Oracle un atout ; Habileté à coacher et à influencer Être orienté résultats, qualité des données et amélioration continue * Bonne gestion des priorités.
