Location: Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based) About the Role We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support our rapid-growing e-Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day-to-day execution. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities - Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives; support organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategy; coach leaders on performance management, engagement and team effectiveness; drive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment.

- Hands-On HR Delivery: Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles and off-boarding; provide guidance on employee relations issues,



ensuring fair and consistent outcomes; support compensation and promotion processes; maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities.
- Systems & Data (Workday): Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting and analytics; ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems; use insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Recruitment & Retention: Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs; drive employee engagement and retention initiatives; champion company culture and values across the e-Storage business.

Qualifications & Experience - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management).
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Experience supporting technical, industrial or energy-related businesses is a plus.
- Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels. What We’re Looking For - Someone who is comfortable "in the weeds" while keeping a strategic lens.
