In this role, you will be a trusted partner and strategic advisor—leveraging relationships across all levels of the organization to deliver effective HR solutions that support business goals and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing day-to-day coaching and strategic consultation to leaders at all levels on labour relations, talent management, organizational design, and policy interpretation. Lead and support positive labour relations by participating in the negotiation, administration, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.

Manage and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes effectively and in alignment with labour law and organizational policy. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to design and implement people strategies that support organizational goals. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service delivery through streamlined or automated HR processes.

Act as the internal subject matter expert in labour relations,



delivering training and guidance to leaders and supervisors on collective agreement interpretation and best practices in managing unionized environments. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources in a unionized setting. In-depth working knowledge of HR related legislation, including but not limited to the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA); Ability to build strong business acumen and apply this knowledge when making recommendations.
