Become the HR leader at the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club. This role is full-time and focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, and union relations. As the Human Resources Manager, your strategic involvement will enhance club culture and support over 100 employees.

You will lead initiatives from recruitment to disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with collective agreements. Additionally, your role will include monitoring workplace dynamics and developing training programs for leadership and staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise recruitment, hiring, and orientation procedures
- Function as the liaison for employee and management relations
- Develop programs and events to boost employee morale
- Guide and coach on performance management practices
- Administer grievance procedures and labour agreements Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Degree or diploma in HR/business preferred
- Familiarity with BC Labour Relations Code mandatory
- Excellent computer proficiency required
