Key Responsibilities

Strategic Human Resources Leadership

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, workforce planning, and long-term organizational success.

Talent Acquisition and Retention

Lead recruitment initiatives, improve hiring strategies, oversee onboarding programs, and implement employee retention initiatives.

Employee Relations

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation,



and employment legislation.

Performance Management and Development

Oversee performance review programs, leadership development, succession planning, employee training, and career development initiatives.

Compliance and Policy Administration

Ensure compliance with applicable employment standards, workplace regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies while maintaining accurate HR records.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and mentor HR professionals while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3 to 5 years in a Human Resources management position with responsibility for leading HR operations and supervising HR professionals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A CPHR designation or equivalent professional certification is considered an asset.

Professional Knowledge

Solid expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, employment legislation, compensation, performance management, organizational development, and HR best practices.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead teams, manage organizational change, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and support business leaders through strategic HR guidance.

Communication Skills

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations, facilitate discussions, and influence decision-making.

Pay: $77,221.00-$80,000.00 per year
