The ideal candidate will have over five years of HVAC expertise, especially in commercial or industrial settings, and a strong background in hydronic cooling systems. You will manage operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both traditional and emerging cooling systems to ensure a stable environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily operations and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and thermal system issues




- Conduct routine inspections and respond promptly to alarms
- Assist with commissioning of recent cooling infrastructure
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS/work order systems Requirements:
