Your Role
- Optimize the daily Dental Hygiene appointment schedule(s) to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a skilled and positive manner
About You
- No dental administration experience required — we will provide training and support!
- Dental software experience is considered an asset.
- Previous healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
