Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role Identity is at the core of most contemporary security failures — and we're looking for people who truly understand why. As an IAM Analyst, you'll apply your real-world security expertise to help AI systems reason accurately about how identity and access risks emerge, escalate, and propagate in enterprise environments.

Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations

Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures

Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk

Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems

Provide structured,



expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms

Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes

Strong grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments

Analytical mindset with clear written communication skills

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar

Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks and identity governance

Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture
