The YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce is seeking a Homelessness Outreach Worker – Employment Specialist for Port Elgin, Ontario. The role focuses on individualized outreach with people experiencing homelessness, supporting clients toward employment and job retention, and collaborating with our Employment Services team.
You will complete assessments, develop Employment Action Plans, connect clients to community resources, and provide case management, in a values-driven, client-centered setting.
