This full-time permanent role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is all about empowering individuals with disabilities. Candidates should have hands-on experience working with vulnerable populations, including personal and medical care support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support in engaging, safe environments
- Implement person-centered and behavior plans effectively
- Create inclusion opportunities for complex situations
- Foster meaningful relationships and personal interests
- Communicate with integrity with all stakeholders Requirements:
- High School Diploma or relevant post-secondary education
- 2-3 years of related experience in the field
- Strong skills in behavior management and redirection
- Clear Police Information Check and Intervention Record Check
