What Youll Do and Own

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, post checks, and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision
- Handle weekly payroll for drivers using ADP
- Keep our systems updated and our general ledger clean
- Support tax filings (GST/QST) and liaise with external accountants
- Assist with financial reporting and year-end processes
- Contribute to the success of a high-performing accounting team

Youll report directly to the CFO and be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

What Were Looking For





- 23 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR
- Someone whos organized, proactive, and detail-driven
- A team player who enjoys a friendly, fast-paced workplace
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
- Logistics or transportation experience is helpful but not required
