Join the Six Nations of the Grand River to support Indigenous youth in Brantford as an Indigenous Youth Support Worker. Focus on culturally relevant programming and mentoring. This dynamic position requires a compassionate individual to provide culturally appropriate support for at-risk Indigenous youth aged 12-17.

You will collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance rehabilitation efforts and education. Must be flexible with working hours to meet youth needs and promote engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop individualized service plans for youth clients
- Facilitate training and mentorship sessions
- Maintain client files and statistics accurately
- Offer transportation to connect youth with services
- Collaborate with justice partners and community organizations Requirements:
- College diploma in social work or a related field
- 3 years experience in youth programming
- Access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Must have ASIST certification or similar training
- Robust adaptability to various client needs Support Indigenous youth's rehabilitation and community reintegration through targeted programming and initiatives.
