Industrial Electrician

We are seeking an accomplished Industrial Electrician with over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in our manufacturing plant, and warehouses.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, identifying the root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Operate a variety of electrical testing equipment, hand and power tools, and specialized machinery to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes/regulations to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents or hazards.
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and supervisors to schedule repairs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.




- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment inspections, to track maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies, codes, and industry standards through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Valid electrical license or certification as required by state or local regulations, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Must be Red Seal certified.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues using systematic problem-solving techniques and testing equipment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders, conveying technical information clearly and concisely.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and systems, including AC/DC power distribution, motors, transformers, and control systems.
