We are seeking a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, engineering, and delivering refrigeration solutions for industrial clients. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale projects across diverse industries, applying technical expertise while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and code-compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and specify industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, CO₂, and HFC/HFO systems) to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop P&IDs;, equipment specifications, and technical drawings.
- Perform heat load, pipe sizing, and pressure drop calculations.
- Project Execution & Support
- Provide engineering support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Troubleshoot and optimize refrigeration systems in the field.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, IIAR, CSA/UL, TSSA, and other relevant codes and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and support safety reviews.
- Participate in client meetings to review project requirements and present technical solutions.
- Support junior engineers and technicians with training and mentorship.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.




- Experience: 5–7 years of refrigeration experience (design, service, or project execution).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Experience with thermodynamic and equipment sizing tools.
- Other Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
