Coordinate and oversee the investigation and resolution of all access to information and privacy requests and complaints for the University. Lead and ensure effective implementation of the university's copyright compliance program. Maintain an effective records and information management (RIM) program.

Works closely with partners, including the Chief Information Security Officer, to ensure risk mitigation, University protection and appropriate compliance within the evolving legal and regulatory landscape.



Bachelor's degree required. Additional qualifications such as privacy, copyright, anti‑spam, IT, records management, or business, law.

Experience with database development.

Experience with project management and directing work groups. Extensive knowledge of university or government practice for records management including freedom of information, privacy protection and copyright, CASL and RIM. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively drive tasks and projects to completion. Excellent organizational and writing skills.
