Accountable to (Integrated)



Project Delivery Team for timely data and information regarding the status of all aspects of the project’s quality assurance and quality control and providing recommendations for resolving any non-compliance and/or issues Responsible for the application of CPG Quality Management System including project specific plans, processes and procedures and guides as extensions to and consistent with the CPG Quality Management System including the continual improvement cycle drawing on previous experience and industry practice Responsible for the Project Quality Management Plan detailing the objectives of the project as consistent with CPG strategy and objectives and in alignment with the (Integrated) Project Delivery Team and Senior Manager, CP Quality Management Responsible for the identification, development, reporting and analysis of quality metrics and managing agreed key performance indicators for the project including quality management system performance Responsible for development and training (Integrated) Project Delivery Team on Project Quality Assurance Plan, CPG Quality Management System and Continual Improvement by way of, but not limited to, workshops, courses, online education and orientation (onboarding) of (Integrated) Project Delivery Team members
