About the Role





We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure construction projects based in Ottawa. This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining solid client relationships. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements.

- (Internal Title: Project Management II)
- Assist Senior Project Manager (SPM) with portfolio and project management tasks.
- Manage & oversee small/medium planning exercises in coordination with consultants (under supervision of SPM) to develop project scope and lead feasibility studies.
- Assist SPM in managing consultants/engine
