Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop architectural designs for various projects.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Obtain necessary permits and liaise with municipal authorities to meet local building codes and zoning regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.




- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
