We are seeking an Engineer to develop tests, validate, and debug new PCI Express (PCIe) switches and Non‑Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) controllers, as well as support validation for existing devices. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive silicon and system validation plans to ensure compliance with functional specifications. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues in post‑silicon environments.

Build and enhance validation tools and test automation scripts. Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment. Lead complex test execution and conduct investigations in a lab environment on‑site and remotely.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, or related field. New graduates who have appropriate experience may be considered. Applicants with significantly more experience may be considered for a senior position.

Knowledge of software engineering principles. Proficiency in programming scripting (e.g., Python, C, or similar). Deep understanding of digital systems and computer architecture. Ability to develop and execute functional validation plans, including creating supporting software.

Experience working in a lab workplace and knowledge of relevant test equipment and protocol analyzers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams and present technical insights.

Experience in high‑speed digital design and board‑level development.

Experience testing and debugging high‑speed SERDES. Knowledge of FPGA design tools and VHDL/Verilog coding.

Experience assembling computer systems and various operating systems including Linux & Windows.
