Our Calgary office is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (salary + commission) to help us bring innovative solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand/performance-based advertisers or agencies that help ensure long-term success for the company
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners, and
- Understand client needs, anticipate future goals, and help determine ideal solutions
- Manage expectations at all levels and demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach to addressing client needs
- Effectively communicate and partner with all internal staff members as a team to meet and exceed advertisers' needs and beat the competition
- Advocate for The MARC Group’s ad platform products,



rich media solutions, and creative services

Day-to-Day

- Prospecting and building a pipeline of potential advertisers, while meeting and exceeding annual goals
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, follow up, and emails
- Close sales and achieve weekly quotas/goals
- Liaise with colleagues and management to increase and diversify demand
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; and recommending new opportunities

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably, inside sales
- Highly organized
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Rapid learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Sports-minded, competitive, outgoing, and energetic individual
- Must be fluent in the English language with no limitation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure independently
- Ability to multi-task prioritize, and manage time effectively under minimal supervision
