Inside Sales Equipment Representative - Hybrid

Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Sales, you will drive our hardware by managing the full sales cycle. This advanced role focuses on upgrading existing hardware for base customers and converting new marketing-generated leads into long-term partnerships. As the successful candidate, you will be comfortable navigating the entire sales process—prospect engagement to crafting custom proposals and delivering high-impact virtual product demonstrations. You thrive in a quick-paced environment and build strong, consultative relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engaging the existing client base to identify hardware refresh opportunities and provide tailored upgrade solutions.
- Following up on and qualifying marketing-generated leads, managing the pipeline from initial contact to close.
- Creating customized sales proposals and delivering product demonstrations virtually via video calls to convert prospects and retain current clients.
- Achieving sales quotas by developing and executing an individual business plan and predicting future sales based on trends.
To Succeed, You Will Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical sales role
- Proven experience creating and presenting sales proposals and conducting professional product demonstrations.
- Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good process management skills

- On Target Earnings (OTE) $77,500 - $81,200 annually (uncapped commission). Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation,
will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
