CFT Recycling in Ottawa is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, scheduling appointments for Outside Sales Representatives, and building relationships with prospective clients.

The role offers a base salary of $40,000 with performance-based commissions and an OTE of $40,000–$60,000 per year. Experience with Salesforce and bilingual English/French are assets.
