The Business Development

Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action.

This position is ideal for individuals with robust communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization. Benefits

Fluent English (written and spoken)

No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly) Work Environment & Requirements

100% remote — work from anywhere
