Intact is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Claims to join our growing team in Mississauga. Be a subject matter expert on our policies, products, and initiatives, and handle inbound calls about claims while applying knowledge and empathy to move requests forward.
You will document files clearly, meet daily call center metrics, and work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday during business hours. Insurance experience is an asset, and you will help deliver exceptional customer service.
