A career as an Internal Business Development Manager – Mortgage Brokerage within the Mortgage Solutions team at National Bank means acting as a business development specialist. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your market strategy, coaching and influencing skills.

Your role

- Provide support by answering their questions by email and, when needed, supporting them through coaching
- Develop and roll out coaching initiatives and process improvement
- Maximize National Bank’s visibility, notably through our Facebook page
- Influence the referral of mortgage files to National Bank
- Share and standardize best practices across the network
- Maintain competitive intelligence and share strategic information with stakeholders
- Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend actions to take

Requirements

- Hold a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; OR a master’s degree and 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of mortgage credit and mortgage financing products
- Proven experience in business development and influencing
- Initiative and creativity
- Available to travel within Québec, and potentially Ontario
