Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This is a regular, full-time role. You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
The Opportunity
The Investment Marketing Program Manager is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class product marketing to promote Fidelity’s brand, products, and services to advisors. As a senior member of the Investment Marketing team, you will contribute to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by owning or contributing to one or more strategic marketing channels – Continuing Education Credits, Events, and the Sales Enablement Library.
Demonstrating exceptional project management skills and a strong understanding of channel activation, the Investment Marketing Program Manager ensures our products and solutions are effectively leveraged by advisor audiences.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the creation and execution of robust go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for Fidelity investment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Lead and manage the Sales Enablement Library so that advisors’ sales teams have access to accurate, compliant, and compelling content to support new and active sales cycles, while ensuring that advisor‑facing content on Fidelity.ca is accurate and compliant.
- Provide support for sales enablement collateral (e.g., emails, PowerPoints, Thought Leadership, POVs)
to scalable marketing material (e.g., articles, web copy).
- Provide ad‑hoc advisor marketing support to cross‑functional teams (Operations, Client Services and National Accounts).
- Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
The Expertise You Will Bring
- Have or be able to quickly develop a deep working knowledge of all prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) and non‑investment products and the implications of market events on advisor clients.
- Be an exceptional communicator who can leverage data to identify themes, build a narrative, and secure buy‑in.
- Show strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment, with occasional guidance for meeting compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, shifting focus and priorities as needed.
- Proven ability to proactively build and cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
- Exhibit strong project management skills,
with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving toward a common goal under specified timelines with minimal coaching to ensure deadlines are achieved.
What We Are Looking For
- University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience gained in a marketing or communications function.
- Experience working within the asset management industry or a similar financial services organization.

- Base Salary: competitive annual range of $99,000 to $117,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
