Join Barclays as an Investment Banking, Analyst. In this role, you will support senior bankers and deal teams in delivering investment banking solutions for corporate clients, developing an ample understanding of their strategic goals, financial priorities, and capital requirements. You will contribute to the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements by performing financial analysis, conducting industry research, preparing transaction materials, and supporting client presentations.

Leveraging your technical knowledge, market knowledge, and attention to detail, you will play an key role in delivering high‑quality interpretation, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to successful client outcomes while collaborating with senior team members and cross‑functional stakeholders. Collaboration with legal and compliance teams to review, draft, and maintain legal documentation required for transactions, including contracts and agreements. Collaboration with other teams, such as Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Research, and Risk Management, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
