To be successful as an Investment Banking, Associate, you should have experience with:

- Investment Banking at a bulge bracket investment bank or a top Canadian bank
- Supporting the execution of large-scale corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements




- Advanced knowledge in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, financial evaluation, and the preparation of confidential investor presentations and other transaction materials
- Covering the Oil & Gas sector, with a preference in Upstream, Midstream, or Power & Utilities
