What You’ll Be Doing

You will join a team that goes above and beyond for their clients. As an Investment Representative at the Wood Gundy Investment Centre, you will work closely with Investment Advisors to offer support, proactively improve the client experience and effectively manage all administrative aspects of Wood Gundy branch operations. To successfully perform the work, you will be in office full-time Monday to Friday. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $52,890 to $68,440. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs.

Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. How You’ll Succeed

Client Engagement – Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful. Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships. Identify activities, processes and opportunities to improve the client experience. Operations/Administration – Provide day-to-day operation and administrative support to the branch and Investment Advisors including managing debits, client files and administrative and transactional banking functions in adherence to compliance and audit requirements.

Sales

Support and Customer Service – Perform Investment Advisor duties such as taking buy/sell orders of money market products, bonds, stocks and mutual funds, ensuring accuracy of all particulars pertaining to the trade.



Ensure customer service standards and operational procedures are maintained by liaising among many departments within Wood Gundy.

Who you Are

You’re a certified professional. You have current accreditation and are in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).

Financial
