Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS across North America. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires a CPA with 10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting and corporate finance.

You will oversee a talented team, maintain financial integrity, and enhance governance efforts while steering the company's compliance with internal controls and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the financial reporting process for North American entities
- Conduct technical accounting research for complex issues
- Ensure timely completion of audits and external relations
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
