We at Raise are hiring a IT - Applications Developer - Entry for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities

The Email Developer will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This includes coding responsive emails, cloud pages, Mobile Studio, integrating AMPscript for personalization, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create templates, manage standardized modules, and set up data integration points to support marketing automation journeys across email, SMS, and digital channels. You will also optimize campaigns for deliverability and engagement, perform rigorous QA/testing, troubleshoot rendering issues across devices, and stay current with email marketing trends and best practices. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have Requirement

- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development.
- 2+ Strong proficiency in AMPscript for agile content.
- 2+ Hands-on experience with responsive HTML/CSS for email design and media queries.
- Familiarity with Email Studio, CloudPages, and Mobile Studio.




- Working knowledge of Data Extensions, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- QA/testing experience using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
- Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across multiple email clients/devices.
- Experience with dynamic content and segmentation strategies.
- Workfront experience or equivalent (Jira)

Nice To Have

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer).
- Familiarity with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
