- Lead and develop IT Operations & Services staff
- Foster collaboration between User Support and Infrastructure teams
- Oversee performance management and staff development
- Drive ITSM practices aligned with ITIL principles
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 7-10 years in IT operations and service delivery
- 3-5 years in a people leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365
- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks
