- Drive ITSM practices aligned with ITIL principles
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 7-10 years in IT operations and service delivery
- 3-5 years in a people leadership role
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365
