Hiring: Java with AWS Lead | Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) We're looking for an experienced Java with AWS Lead to join a long-term contract opportunity in Mississauga, Ontario.

Role: Java with AWS Lead

Location: Mississauga, ON Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead a team of 4 developers supporting existing applications and driving modernization initiatives.

✔ Migrate legacy Java applications (WebSphere + Spring XML + JMS + DB2) to Spring Boot APIs, Angular UI, and AWS Aurora.

✔ Design, develop, and optimize scalable Java applications using contemporary development practices. Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong Core Java fundamentals (OOP, Design Patterns, Collections, IoC)

✅ Spring Framework & Spring Boot (Bean Lifecycle, Dependency Injection)





✅ REST API Development

✅ AWS (Aurora preferred)

✅ WebSphere, JMS, DB2 migration experience

✅ Git, JUnit, Mockito, TDD

✅ Docker & Kubernetes
