There is a strong possibility ofextensionbased on performance and teamfit. We’relooking for a business analyst with one to four years of experience at the junior to intermediate level in business analysis or IT project delivery.

You should be able to support IT projects end to endwhileindependently gathering and documenting business requirements.You will also contributeto system testing and troubleshooting. You’llwork on IT projects and support existing applications ranging from in-house custom-built solutions to vendor-based platforms. As part of a team of Business Analysts,you’llassistwith testing, documentation, business requirements, deployments, and operational reporting improvements.

- Gain hands-on experience with project management tasks, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and running Scrum meetings.

- Act as a key interface between business users and the development team.
- Strengthen your ability to collect, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For): Education:

- A degree in Management Information Systems,



Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

- One to four years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or a related area, spanning junior to intermediate levels.
- Hands-on experience acrossIT project lifecycles, including gathering requirements, testing,andtroubleshooting systems.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working directly with developers to solve business problems.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge ofSQL or other data retrieval/manipulation technologies.
- Experience developing solutions, working with developers, or managing configurations is an asset Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities withdemonstratedexperience in analyzing and resolving business or technical challenges.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
