Job Overview

Seeking to start in November

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer experiences through excellent food preparation, team management, and operational excellence.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high-quality standards
- Implement effective workflow processes to optimize productivity during busy service hours
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Interview and onboard new team members to build a skilled and motivated culinary team
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction




- Ensure adherence to restaurant management policies, including serving protocols and hospitality standards

Experience

Breakfastrestaurantexperience is must

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Strong background in restaurant management, including team leadership and operational oversight
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or equivalent for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through interviewing, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene and sanitation
- Previous roles involving restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment
