Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash and credit card payments, giving correct change and managing cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu inquiries, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and kitchen equipment according to sanitation guidelines
- Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring smooth service flow

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and food service within a restaurant or food industry environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours without compromising quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transaction processing
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
