The mission of this role is to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Microsoft-based infrastructure across multiple client environments.

You will act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents, contribute to operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement in service reliability and automation.

Responsibilities

- Act as L3 escalation for complex production incidents (Azure / M365 / AD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues in hybrid environments
- Administer Microsoft Azure environments (VMs, networking basics, RBAC, policies)
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID (GPO, identity, hybrid sync)
- Support and maintain Microsoft Intune environments (device compliance, policies, troubleshooting)
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and operational improvements




- Document procedures and share knowledge with L1/L2 teams
- Participate in on-call rotation (24/7)

Qualifications

- 5+ years in IT operations (Microsoft environment)
- Robust experience with: Azure (operations), Active Directory / Entra ID, Intune (support level)
- Strong troubleshooting skills (L2/L3 incidents)
- Very good knowledge of Security (Defender, Conditional Access)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Effectively communicate and document procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Bilingual (FR/EN)
