Stellantis is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Labour Relations Manager to support a dynamic and evolving workplace.

This role is responsible for providing expert guidance on labour relations matters, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and leading workplace investigations. The successful candidate will also manage human rights related cases and work closely with the Office of the General Counsel ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.

This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support employee wellbeing, engagement initiatives and to advance diversity, equity and inclusion priorities across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

This position will support operations across Canada, based in Windsor, Ontario and will be required to be in office in our Canada headquarters office building.

Key Responsibilities include

- Provide expert advice to management teams on labour relations matters, including collective agreement interpretation, conflict resolution and employee relations issues
- Partner with leadership to promote fair and consistent application of policies and practices




- Oversee Human Rights and Workplace Violence Investigation process including case management and escalation
- Lead and conduct thorough, impartial investigations into complaints related to harassment, discrimination and other human rights concerns
- Recommend corrective actions and support implementation of outcomes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation, human rights laws and internal company policies
- Work closely with internal and external legal counsel on human rights and litigation cases
- Review, develop and update workplace policies to reflect legislative changes and organizational needs
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify gaps in compliance and recommend improvements
- Additional responsibilities include leadership training and development, diversity, inclusion & employee engagement initiatives, return to work and accommodation procedures

The salary for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
