Right Choice Energy Services Inc. (RCESI) is currently accepting applications for Labourers/Welder Helpers to join our growing team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Shop and/or Site Supervisor(s), you will support fabrication and construction activities in both shop and field environments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

- Reporting fit for duty at the beginning of each shift
- Assisting with mechanical and structural fabrication activities
- Performing shop and site setup and cleanup
- Assisting with piping bolt-up activities
- Loading and unloading trailers and materials
- Safely operating tools and equipment
- Transporting materials between shop and work site locations
- Rigging and signaling lifting equipment (training provided)
- General housekeeping and other assigned duties

Successful Candidate

- Be safety conscious and committed to safe work practices
- Be physically capable of lifting over 20lbs, working safely at heights,



and performing work site duties
- Hold or be willing to obtain valid First Aid and H2S Alive certifications before starting
- Be interested in pursuing a Welding or Pipefitting apprenticeship (considered an asset)
- Have experience with, or a willingness to learn, civil, structural, and piping activities
- Be willing to work overtime, weekends, and travel throughout Southern Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba
- Hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract (Class 5G preferred or willingness to obtain)

This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test. Audiometric and lung function testing will also be completed upon hire in accordance with provincial regulations.
