RI Landscaping doesn't do corporate fluff—we do high-quality softscaping, site transformations, and hard work. We are expanding our operations across Toronto and North York and need a reliable, physically capable Field Assistant who wants to hustle and learn the trade from the ground up. This is a fast-track role designed to move a high-performer into a lead position within 30 days.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Full-Cycle Labour: Weeding, planting perennials, mulching, tree trimming, laying sod, digging, removing trees/shrubs, and thorough site cleanup.

- Equipment Handling: Daily use of digging shovels, edgers, rakes, power/hand tools, and keeping equipment organized.

- Professional Standards: Maintaining a clean job site, working quick, and treating properties with respect.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Reliability & Work Ethic: You show up on time, you work hard, and you take pride in the results. If you need someone to hold your hand, this isn't for you.

- Physical Capability:



You must be solid enough to lift 50+ lbs consistently and comfortable performing a full day of physically demanding outdoor work in the heat.

- Transportation: A reliable way to get to our work zones/meeting spots on time.

- Safety First: CSA-approved (Grade 1/Green Patch) steel-toe boots are mandatory. (We provide gloves and knee pads).

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
