What you will be doing:

- Define the target MDM architecture.
- Design master data models and establish business rules.
- Mentor and guide the development team (EBX, Datastage, and integration teams).
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of master data.
- Collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic orientations and roadmap of the MDM solution.

What you must have:

- Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in IT.
- 10+ years of experience in data management, architecture, and business intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).

- Technical Skills:

- Concrete experience with MDM tools, specifically TIBCO EBX.
- Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality practices.
- Familiarity with integration environments (Datastage, Kafka, APIs, or equivalent).

- Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams in large-scale data governance programs.
- Language: Must be bilingual (French/English).
