The Barber

Mentor will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will also support the team guidelines and requests from Shop Leadership. As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, it is significant that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets.

You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun's experience.
