Elevate your career as a Dayforce Implementation Consultant with RSM. In this role, you'll lead implementations and support clients in optimizing their Dayforce HCM solutions. As a key member of the Dayforce team, you'll utilize your expertise to manage end-to-end implementations, from discovery to post-go-live support.

Collaborating closely with project leaders and clients, your goal will be to drive effective HR and payroll processes. Your experience in configuring Dayforce modules will be critical to fulfilling our clients' needs and ensuring successful project deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations and support clients
- Facilitate workshops and document business requirements
- Configure Core HR, Payroll,



and Workforce Management modules
- Support testing and post-go-live stabilization efforts
- Mentor junior consultants and guide clients on best practices Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in HR, Payroll, or Benefits Administration
- Robust understanding of HR systems and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
