Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team • Oversee design deliverables and technical specifications • Facilitate negotiations with equipment vendors • Develop test plans and verify requirements • Address risks and drive design improvements

Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering • 7+ years in electrical system design • 2+ years of team leadership experience • Knowledge of marine electrical systems • Eligibility for Professional Engineer designation
