Deveraux Apartment Communities is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain mechanical infrastructure across multiple properties and report to the Facilities Manager. You will lead a team of Facilities Associates to deliver quality service and ensure resident satisfaction.
This role requires at least five years in multifamily or hospitality facilities management, solid knowledge of building systems, and excellent communication.
