- Define and document design foundations including typography, spacing, color, iconography, motion, and interaction patterns.
- Establish scalable component architecture and governance practices for mobile design systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, usage guidelines, and design standards.
Mobile Product Design
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling native mobile experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to transform complex requirements into elegant mobile experiences.
- Ensure consistency across products while leveraging platform-specific mobile design guidelines and best practices.
Design Tokens & Design System Operations
- Define and manage design token architecture that supports mobile implementation across iOS and Android.

- Ensure components and patterns align with WCAG standards and platform-specific accessibility guidelines.
- Participate in accessibility reviews and audits.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to validate component quality and release readiness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Facilitate workshops and design discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Present design rationale, system recommendations, and strategic design decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Accessibility teams.
- Help define the long-term vision and roadmap for the mobile design system.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, Mobile Product Design, UI Design, or Design Systems roles.
- Strong experience designing native mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience building, scaling, or maintaining enterprise design systems and component libraries.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Libraries, Variables, Auto Layout, and design system management.

and platform-specific mobile interaction patterns.
- Experience partnering closely with iOS and Android engineering teams to bring design systems into production.
- Experience creating design systems, component libraries, and design foundations that scale across multiple mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and WCAG guidelines.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating mobile product design, design systems, and component library work.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Global Design System (GDS) initiatives.
- Familiarity with mobile development workflows, including SwiftUI/UIKit and Android Compose/Kotlin environments.
- Experience with design token management and design-to-code workflows.
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations or regulated industries.
- Experience conducting accessibility audits and remediation activities.
- Experience working within Agile product teams and sprint-based delivery environments.
- Agency or consulting experience.
