Water Management Team

Lead – Mining & Metals You will play a key role in developing a team of passionate professionals while contributing to technical excellence, business growth, and the delivery of projects that create meaningful value for our clients, communities, and the environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects related to water management, mining infrastructure, mine tailings, and environmental performance. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of professionals specializing in mine water management.

Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning, and sustainable performance. Optimize resource planning and utilization to support project success and business growth. Contribute to strategic projects as a Water Management Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Director.

Collaborate with experts in water management, geotechnical engineering, mine tailings, environmental services, and infrastructure to develop integrated solutions. Participate in the development of strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the mine water management practice. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, or people leader within the mining, water management, or a related engineering sector.

Experience collaborating on complex projects involving multiple technical disciplines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance people leadership, operational management, and technical contributions.

Fluency in French; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
