Fountain Tire Winnipeg (Distribution Centre) is looking for a dedicated and experienced LeadShipper/Receiver!

You will be responsible for:

- Lead the shipping and receiving operations of the distribution centre
- Coordinate the preparation, loading, transportation, and tracking of outgoing products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain shipping accuracy, inventory control, quality standards, and shipping schedules for large orders while resolving shipment discrepancies as required




- Ensure end to end warehouse processes are followed and completed by warehouse associates
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing training, feedback, and communication What does it take to get on track?
- Completion of a high school diploma and 2 + years of experience in the distribution industry in a leadership role
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work safely in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to consistently lift 50 kilograms
- Intermediate computer skills
- A customer service focus with the ability to meet deadlines and provide solutions to sensitive matters
